Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Check Team will inspect your items before shipping. We guarantee the products with good quality. To avoid bring you inconvenience, please select product carefully and accurately before buying. Please kindly refer to the size chart on product page.
If you aren't satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund accordingly. We are here to assist with any quality problem, please read below return policy and feel free to feedback with your order problem any time!
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days after receiving must meet the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
